Solar observation

Observe the Sun safely through a special telescope. Discover its eruptions and ever-changing surface in real time, and learn the inner workings of our star.

We’ll use a HelioStar 100, a state-of-the-art solar telescope that selects a very specific color: the light of hydrogen-alpha.

Observing the Sun helps us understand how stars work, and how stellar activity can hide other Earths.
