NGC 7331 is a beautiful spiral galaxy in the constellation Pegasus. It is often considered an analogue of the Milky Way: its size, mass, and spiral structure are very similar to those of our own galaxy. Observing it is a bit contemplating what the Milky Way would look like from the outside.
